With over 15,000 abandoned lots in Memphis, MMLBA focuses on stopping speculation, supporting Black developers and homeowners, and driving neighborhood revitalization. Through strategic tools like preemptive bidding and bulk title clearing, MMLBA ensures land is used to build wealth, housing, and opportunity for local residents.
